The
first meeting in London of the WNP was enthusiastically received.
There were several people there who had never attended any of our meetings
before and our speakers were well-received.
National Activities Organizer John O'Brien
(above left) ably chaired the meeting and welcomed comrades old and new.
He told the audience that there were more
meetings in the offing and that hitherto neglected areas would not be forgotten.
He spoke of the importance of maintaining contacts with smaller branches
and that steps were being taken to engender interest in these areas.
Women's Division leader Michelle gave a short talk on the leading role the WNPWD was playing in the party and how female WNP members were becoming increasingly active on the streets. Recruitment Officer Ade then gave a report on how the party was recruiting from the increasingly disgruntled members of other so-called racialist organisations.
Two comrades from Germany were invited
to the meeting; they were already known by several members who frequent
our chatroom. They were invited to address the meeting and what they
had to say made for interesting discussion:
Gottfried ******* spoke of the erosion
of basic rights for the German public while newly-arrived immigrants were
afforded every consideration and assistance. He outlined the fact that
there was higher unemployment among the German people that there was among
the immigrant population. Who, he asked, would have ever believed that
the German nation could come to this?
Nick Decker (again the real name is withheld for fear of reprisals) told a similar account of life in the country today. He said that the truth was buried in the Germany of today; national pride was a crime and that a generation of young people had completely swallowed the brainwashing techniques of the liberal apologists. Both speakers were given loud applause.
Another speaker was Adam, a new member from Bristol. He spoke of the changing scene in the area as more and more immigrants appeared on the streets. He noticed that there was a hardening of attitude among local white residents who, at one time were unconcerned, but are now voicing protests at the unrestricted numbers of immigrants and asylum-seekers in the area. He told the meeting that he hoped to increase the WNP membership in Bristol as he felt that there was great potential in the region.

After the interval, Peter Rushton, National Press Officer addressed the meeting. He deplored the way that the BNP was heading under the leadership of Griffin. He quoted the BNP’s chairman when questioned about the wisdom of including non-Europeans in the party, who said, “We need a little salt in the soup; the soup will taste all the better for it.” That was as maybe but nobody expected mulligatawny soup! Mr. Rushton went on to illustrate the trend of leftist whites who always supported the very worst of causes. He spoke of their support for the Communist uprising in Spain during the Civil War and of the 2000 ‘idealists’ who formed the International brigade. He told the meeting that people of the left would embrace everyone other that their own kind; an observation which was met by thunderous applause. He commented on the potential power of the Internet which could be used most effectively by groups like ours and he gave a special mention to the folk-hero, Ian Stuart, who in his relatively short life, did much to fill a gap so desperately needed by the youth of today.

The
National Organizer, John Wood, then spoke of the continuing growth of the
WNP and the importance of maintaining regular contact with branches.
He illustrated the utter folly of the Blair government for committing us
to war against Iraq. He said that Saddam Hussein had never threatened
the sovereignty of this nation; neither had he in any way endangered us.
Saddam’s war was with the bandit state of Israel but, as has happened in
the past, that alone was enough to draw us into the conflict. Mr.
Wood went on to say that we had been conned by the jew into a brothers’
war in 1939 and they were doing the same thing again. He advocated a complete
withdrawal of British troops from Iraq and said that we were not going
to bleed and die for Israel! This was met by 100% approval from the
meeting.
The meeting closed at around 3.00pm when
members stayed for a convivial natter and noggin.
