The second full meeting of the WNP's National Council (NC) was held on Saturday September 6th in Blackburn, Lancashire. The NC is the WNP's democratically elected ruling body (unlike the BNP which is run by just one man - Nick Griffin).
Every NC member was in attendance:

The NC decided that Kevin Watmough be National Secretary and Webmaster,
Lisa Patron be chairman of
the Women's Division and party treasurer, Eddy Morrison Ideology and
Training Section, John Wood Education and Training Officer and a new Leader
of the Youth Front, Ronnie C., was appointed (not a NC member).
The following positions would be filled at the next full NC meeting in two months time: National Organiser, National Activities Organiser, Press Officer, Elections Officer and Security Officer.
It was decided that the WNP would hold a "Red, White and Black festival"
in Spring 2004, which would be
open to all Racial Nationalists, not just WNP members.
As the Electoral Commission turned down the WNP's application to register
as a Political Party, it was
decided that the WNP would support the - ENGLAND FIRST PARTY - an already
registered Political Party - in any future elections in England. In the
future it is to be hoped that WNP members can form similar parties in
Scotland, Wales and Ulster (i.e. Ulster First Party or something very
similar).
