Tony White, organiser of the Yorkshire National Front and a member
of the WNP from Leeds, was
jailed
on March 3rd 2003 at Leeds Crown Court under the infamous 'Race Relations
Act' for distributing a sticker with the battered face of Walter Chamberlain
on it and the slogan 'If Only I were Black' (see right).
Tony has had to wait nearly two years for this case to be brought to trial. He has bravely continued to fight in the struggle to build White Nationalism in Britain, despite the legal pressures put on him. The Race Act/Public Order Act are both evil and unjust. The WNP calls for the immediate repeal of this legislation.
Tony was given 6 months in prison despite the fact that he was of previous good character, he had a steady job, he had three children including a new baby and the 'offence' took place in May 2001, almost two years ago.
Yorkshire NF, in conjunction with the White Nationalist Party hereby announces that it has set up a campaign to Restore Free Speech for White Patriots and to demand freedom for party comrade Tony.
Any donations towards Tony's family - he has a wife and three children - should be sent to TWSF, PO Box 36, Armley, Leeds LS12 2YE - Please make cheques/POs out to ‘WNP’ but mark the reverse with the letters ‘TWSF’.
We have already launched a "Free Tony White - Free Speech for White Patriots" sticker and will be holding a number of demos and producing a special leaflet.
