Meeting chairman John O'Brien then introduced the second speaker, Lancashire
WNP Organiser Mark Cotterill (right). Mark described how the WNP in his
own area - Lancashire - had grown faster than anyone could anticipate since
it was formed only a couple of months ago. He spoke of the last time he
was in Ulster - in December last year - to speak at a BNP meeting, but
had grown disappointed with that party due to its rapid sell-out of its
core principles and policies. Mark pointed out that the editor of the BNP's
newspaper - Freedom - even refused to publish a photo' of the Ulster BNP
meeting that he spoke at last year, as the BNP organiser - Andy McLorie
had "a skinhead type hair style" and that was not suitable for a
BNP paper!
John O'Brien introduced the final and main speaker of the day, Peter
Rushton, from Manchester WNP, who ended the meeting with a rousing speech
in which he spoke about both the recent troubles in Ulster and the racial
problems in England. He said that power could be won by not selling
out to the modernisers and populists and that the WNP - and ONLY the White Nationalist Party
- could do this, both in Ulster and in mainland Britain. Peter went on to stress the fundamental differences
that were now arising between the National Populists of the BNP and the fundamental racial radicalism
of the WNP. He stressed the 32 point programme of the WNP was not up for change, and he stressed that
all our policies were based on a recognition of race as the basis of nationhood and a commitment to
no compromise on such matters as repatriation, multi-racialism, opposition to homosexuality and the
building of a the WNP into the vanguard party of the White people of Britain.
Peter commented on the recent statements put out by so-called Loyalist
organisations denouncing the WNP and the recent spate of racial attacks
in the province. "You would think we would have been made unwelcome here
after all this, however nothing could be further from the truth and the
local Loyalists we met from the UDA made us very welcome and supported
most of what we stand for," remarked Peter.
The meeting ended with Ulster WNP member April taking the collection which brought in a very healthy sum for local funds. Heritage and Destiny ran a very busy stall of books, badges, flags, T-shirts and CD's and the WNP literature stall run by Kev took over £110 for party funds. July 19th 2003 was great day for Ulster WNP with many new members being signed up signed up as well.
The following day there was more media coverage in the very left-wing Sunday Life and Sunday World newspapers.

The evening preceding the meeting, the English members were taken to a Loyalist band parade in the town of Bushmills, County Antrim, by local WNP members. Over 40 bands from all over Ulster paraded through the town. The streets were decked out in Union Jack and Ulster flags and packed with patriotic Britons. WNP members sold over fifty copies of Heritage and Destiny magazine and dozens of badges in less than an hour!
