SOUTH WEST WNP HIT EXETER!
Sunday 28th March 2004

South West WNP members were in Exeter city centre on Sunday 28th March 2004 to campaign against the rising attacks on our people by non-whites and the press blackouts on reporting these crimes. Activists met at noon and made their way to Exeter city centre, along the way passing out leaflets and placing selections of stickers on the route.

On arriving at the city centre, flags were hoisted and WNPSW continued to work on educating the people of Exeter with a good response from the public. All but two people were angered by the WNP's presence when they were handed anti-paedophile leaflets, the rest being in full support of our right to be there.

After half an hour the local police confronted the WNP activists and asked for some leaflets to examine. A short time later an inspector arrived to confiscate our literature saying they could cause incitement and were racist in tone. While the members were being harrassed by the police, people were asking them why they were being moved and were asking for leaflets to read. The police didn't oblige of course, but a good number were given out before confiscation. The police were expecting us on the Saturday, so were in effect waiting for the WNP lads to arrive, albeit on the wrong day.

Finally, the police escorted everyone out of the town centre towards the train station where transport police were waiting. On the way, the police escort were asked what the problem was with distributing perfectly legal literature in 'Good Ol' Democratic England' and the lads were told that our kind are not wanted in Exeter and if we were to return we would be arrested. The police were asked if an Al-Qaeda march or gay rights march would be allowed and they answered YES! This from the people who claim to protect us! The main police officer, one PC Lazenby [with the beard in the pictures] was the most anti-white copper the WNP lads had ever had the misfortune to meet and his his colleagues were just as as bad!

We'll bet these police officers[!?] need to drink Horlicks to help them sleep at night as they are an affront to democracy and the British tradition of freedom of speech.

Despite this harrassment from the boys in blue, a good day was had and members were a credit to the WNP.

We would like to thank Whiterider and the lads from Reading who travelled a distance to be there on the day. Nice one lads, thanks all for the support on this Day of Action and of the many more to come in the South West.

Thank you all.
