We wish to formally inform you at phpwebhosting.com,  that we intend to make it a priority to DESTROY your crappy two bit virtual hosting cheapskate business by all LEGAL means possible.

This is , of course, due to your constant refusal to reply to abuse complaints about the absolutely disgusing hate site you are hosting :

He is  a well known thug and hooligan and I have tape recordings and emails from him in which  threatening my life and those of my family.

The police have these and have traced them back to him, even though he does not seem to care about being arrested

Chisnall has also threatened to burn my house down!. He has sent letters (enclosed) to many of neighbours and two of my councillors, whom I know well, telling them that I am a Nazi, a homophobe, I am a danger to children, I have a restraining order against me for harrassing children under 16, etc., etc., all of which is grossly libellous and designed to place me and my family in severe danger. These letters refer specifially to the website which PhpWebhosting is irresponsibly hosting.

The police are all over this and have put their central intelligence unit and EVERY officer at my local station onto this investigation.

Police from other forces are involved.

This activitity by Chisnall is causing fear and alarm (a criminal offence in itself) to very many people (many of my neighbours who received his sick letter are elderly people) . He and his gang (many of whom are perverts - see the filthy site www.ianboy.com  and www.countbrassforum.net which pertain to sex with and the physical abuse of  children ) which includes a member of the Salvation Army , a Brian Henderson, are tying up a massive amount of police time and resources, which they just can not spare to be diverted away from their normal very serious work.

The Attorney General's Office of Indiana are going to try and get this site shut down.

The British Police desperately want to shut this site down as it is bankrupting my local force!

My lawyers are planning to sue you for publishing serious libels and for placing my life  in danger.

Your company is legally responsibe for the material which you host and therefore 'publish'.

Yet you continue to refuse to take this site down -
