Pierre Rondeau of Quebec, Canada, is a disgusting conceited supercilious smug smart-arsed nonce of the absolute first order. [I think that just about covers it! – Ed.]

Rondeau is one of the moderators of the gang of middle-aged queer perverts (see several of our other reports) who can be found wallowing at their latest cesspit:  www.countbrassforum.net. They have just been booted out of their old one for the umpteenth time!).

Rondeau specialises in posting reviews of every pervy story he can find which feature the caning and spanking of under-aged boys, surprise! surprise.  In many of his literally  hundreds of reviews!  Rondeau makes a major point of specifying the ages of the small boys being physically abused for the sexual gratification of his sick gang . Pervert!

ALL sexual activity involving underage children is viewed as sexual /physical abuse by the British courts. The Canadian courts are even tougher than the British ones in fact! A copy of this report is being sent to the Met Police paedophile unit who are already investigating this gang – SO5 (5) and to their RCMP and Quebec Surete equivalents.

These reflections, pertaining to rebirth of our forum were initially privately addressed to a few. Now, they can be shared with all.

First, and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt and very sincere thanks to Alf, CB, the Technical Advisor, and Lance for creating, maintaining and policing the previous "edition" of the forum.

These guys have worked very hard, and gave very generously of their time, their effort, their monies. They have also all taken significant personal risks in the process.

We should all be very grateful for their courage, steadfastness, devotion, and honesty. We are collectively in their debt. Congratulations guys: what you created was outstanding.

The best place I ever found on the web in all those years. The most convivial and safe place. The most necessary place. Those are tall statements. How do I justify them?

Certainly not on what has been termed the "peter meter" by another member of this forum. There were no pictures, no videos, no pornographic stories. On the titillation level, the forum just did not rate.

That is NOT what the forum was all about; the forum was NOT a titillation place. What the forum was, is a place for intellectual and emotional debate about aspects in our lives many of us had to hide all our lives.

A place to recall one's experiences.

A place to make genuine friends, in which we could confide. More importantly, for many of us, the forum turned into a place of therapy and inner growth.

Many have found here a place, and the necessary support and friends, to start the long personnal battle of reclaiming their own souls, after being told all their lives by outside society they are worthless individuals, scums and misfits.

This is a place where one could stop, reflect, and realize that such was not the case. That this fetiche, which none of us has "chosen" to have was ingrained or nurtured in us at very young ages.

That, fetiche or not, we are valuable individuals with deep emotional experiences, some scars, and a profound ability to share with others. That we have the ability to help each other. The forum, apart from a few light jokes here and there was not a place of titillation.

It was, let's use the word unabashedly, a spiritual meeting place.

A place we needed.

A place that has done a lot of good to a lot of us.

A place I owe to. A place where deep friendships were born.

A place where deep friendships were nurtured, and evolved.

A place where logic made no sense: the more one offered and contributed, the more one gained personnally just by the very act of doing so.

A place that wellcomed all, without regard to age, race, religion, life experiences, or points of view.

A place that was attacked viciously for the very reasons it was so valuable.

This was not a titillation place where we left with bowed heads and slumped shoulders feeling the way society thaught us to feel: worthless, debased, valueless. No, my friends, this was:

A place from which we left with heads raised high, uncowed, with pride in ourselves and in our friends.

A place where we were walking tall. A place where we were speaking straight, openly.

A place that the hatemongers could not tolerate for these very reasons.

More than once, I've wish that there was some way of sorting out the stories on Jimka because there is so much there, you can get lost in the clutter. Eric, It would be very nice if you could write your own review, and all other authors are encouraged to do likewise. Please, put modesty aside, and do it. I personnally feel authors are certainly more qualified than I to do so.

I certainly do have my own biases, so it would be very nice to get different points of view. From the authors and from other readers.

My number one bias is in selecting the authors I'll review. I'll review those whose stories I decided to keep when I first read them as they were posted. I am not about to re-read stories I discarded earlier... I'll focus on the more prolific authors, and ignore those with less than 5 stories.

Another fairly systemic bias in my reviews: I prefer boys 14 to 18. Just the way I am wired. Which means I rejected at first reading most stories that strayed too far from my favourite age group ( 46 years old spanks 31 years old, or Dad spanks 5 and 7 year olds ). Also rejected at first reading sexual abuse or rape-type, humiliation-rather-than-spanking-type ( boy forced to wear girl panties in gym ), dominant female spanking boy type.

I am not saying authors writing those stories are not valid authors. I am just not going to re-read them just to write a review.

I am one of your fans***, have read all of your stories, and have kept 31 of them, after my "second reading and cleaning-up process", filed in the "B" section of the cabinet, under Blyton. This means I kept about 75% of your stories, after the second reading. This far exceeds my 15-20% overall keeping average.

*** was even a member of your Yahoo ( or was it E-Group ) about 2 years ago, if memory is not confusing me. Was still too gun shy at the time to do much, if any posting... and when I did post, I kept confusing your name with a childhood author I read 40 some years ago.

Review: It looks as if two different "Mikes" are operating under the same pen name. One writes short stories ( 1-2 pages ) about boys in Ohio getting the paddle on their jeans. The other writes longer stories ( 3-6 pages ) where 13 to 15 years old boys in England get bare canings or slipperings from headmasters or teachers.

Review: Based on the 3* stories I have kept in my printed files. Very well written, very well developped stories mostly in the 6 to 10 pages range.
Very imaginative and varied plots. Explores the feelings of power in the Headmaster. This might be purely coincidental, but the name of the headmaster in "A Vicarious Pleasure" is... Blyton!

Review: 25 nice, five to 10 pages long stories. Very well written, well developped. Boys, ranging in age from about 14 to 18 are always very willing, almost eager, to take a strapping. It does them good. No complaining about it from these boys.

If I allowed myself one criticism, it would be that at times the author almost plagiarises himself, inasmuch as the same paragraphs appear almost verbatim again and again in a number of the stories. Each story is still good in its own right, but the repetition detracts a little when one reads all the stories one after the other.

Having gotten that out of my chest, I should add that I nevertheless kept 21 of Howe's 25 stories.

Anyone interested in the fate of a 14 and a half years old schoolboy getting everything he ever bargainned for, and then some, should read the 14 pages "The Education of a Journalist" story while it is still in the Jimka archive. One of the best stories I came across lately.

Anyone interested in factual recollection of judicial canings could read "Judicial Caning in South Africa", parts 1 and 2. ( not my personnal favourite ).

Review. 11 stories, typically 3 to 5 pages long. Nicely written, well developped, most of them set right after WWII or on distant Islands. When dealing with minors, stories are very "proper", with not much more than hints of sexual arousal. On the other hand, when dealing with grown men, the spanking episodes are intertwined with full fledged anal sex. My favourites are: "Absent without Leave", "School Chaplain" and "Caned at the Priory".

Both prefects considered themselves hetero_s_e_x_ual but in the all-male hot house that was The Priory, they lusted after younger, weaker members of their community. _s_e_x_ual contact was forbidden but beating encouraged. Review. The "Frère Jacques" stories are exquisitely written, very well developped stories that together constitute a 20 pages, 5 chapters saga. The author issues this warning:

Nevertheless, there is more than mere spanking going on in this saga.

Review: 5 very well written stories. Together they form a well developped 20 pages saga featuring two boys ( 14, 16 ), in the custody of their Uncle Mark, who get their just deserts when they push too far. Occasionally, the tables are turned on Uncle Mark.

Review: 10 well written, well developped stories. Most of them are connected and form a nice 40 some pages long saga where 13 years old Matt often ends up getting spanked and paddled by his same age friends Scott and Steven. All parties involved find this “quite exciting”

Review: It looks as if two different "Mikes" are operating under the same pen name. One writes short stories ( 1-2 pages ) about boys in Ohio getting the paddle on their jeans. The other writes longer stories ( 3-6 pages ) where 13 to 15 years old boys in England get bare canings or slipperings from headmasters or teachers.

Best stories are: "Cane Mark", "Slipperings and Detention (Cane Mark 2 )", and "School in the Seventies".
